By signing up for a membership on ShaperBay, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership & Billing

  • Your membership begins once payment is successfully processed.
  • Plans are billed as follows:
    • Annual Membership: €140 now, then €99/year.
    • Monthly Membership: €25 first month, then €12/month.
    • One-Month Access: €25 one-time, no renewal.
  • All payments are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your membership anytime from your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide refunds for the current billing cycle.
  • One-Month Access expires automatically after 30 days.

3. Content Access

  • Membership includes access to:
    • All design presets and tools.
    • Unlimited export options (where applicable).
    • Support level as described in your plan.

4. Account Responsibility

  • Your account is personal and must not be shared.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to update these terms or our pricing at any time.
  • If terms change significantly, we’ll notify you via email or site notification.

6. Support & Availability

  • Support is provided via email and/or live chat during business hours.
  • We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
