By signing up for a membership on ShaperBay, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership & Billing
- Your membership begins once payment is successfully processed.
- Plans are billed as follows:
- Annual Membership: €140 now, then €99/year.
- Monthly Membership: €25 first month, then €12/month.
- One-Month Access: €25 one-time, no renewal.
- All payments are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your membership anytime from your account dashboard.
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide refunds for the current billing cycle.
- One-Month Access expires automatically after 30 days.
3. Content Access
- Membership includes access to:
- All design presets and tools.
- Unlimited export options (where applicable).
- Support level as described in your plan.
4. Account Responsibility
- Your account is personal and must not be shared.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5. Modifications
- We reserve the right to update these terms or our pricing at any time.
- If terms change significantly, we’ll notify you via email or site notification.
6. Support & Availability
- Support is provided via email and/or live chat during business hours.
- We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
